TECH SUPPORT EXECUTIVE MUST BE A 10+2+3 OR 10+2+4
Must have 1-5 yr of experience Must be flexible with shifts 
Installing, formatting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Windows 7, 8 & 10.
• Installing, Configuring and Managing the Desktop and Laptop Computers
• Remotely resolving the issues related to Operating System and Software.
• Troubleshooting Local Network issues.
• Troubleshooting client software and hardware related issues.
• Installing, configuring and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2013.
• Assigning permission for files and folders using share level and NTFS file permissions.
• Updating and troubleshooting Antivirus issues.
• Updating of Windows Patches for all desktops and laptops.
• Installation, configuring and troubleshooting Network Printers.
• Monitoring calls through Helpdesk Tool and Based on ticket, calls are attended.
• Monitoring Vendor Calls.
• Monitoring and solving Internet and Lease Line related issues
• Providing IT support over 500 desktops and laptops,
Documenting Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on inventory, Assets.
• Provided software, network problem diagnosis & first call resolutions (FCR) via softphone calls, email & chat for end users.
• Worked on Zyxel Zywal USG 100/200 Firewall.
• Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting client software via Remote Desktop Support.
• Identify, evaluate & prioritize customer's problems & complaints.
• User Management including Adding, Deleting, Modifying, auditing and Assigning Rights to the User accounts on Domain Controller, Mail Server and share drives
• Taking periodic back up of Files to the server using Cobain Backup.
• Assigning user wise local drive access and disabling of removal media control using user group policy.
• Installation of VPN and support VPN issues. (Cisco VPN, Strong VPN)
