  • 12+ months related experience in a technical support Experience in BPO.
  • Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training).
  • Supporting the configuration, operation and troubleshooting of basic email, web hosting and VPS issues.
  • Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking issues.
  • Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to: POP3/IMAP,Exchange and VPNs.
  • Triage and troubleshooting for basic email and hosting products.
  • No certification requirement.
  • Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate.
