  • Complete call logs and produce call reports
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Skills & Personal Attributes Required 
  • Hardware or networking knowledge will be preferred 
  • Working knowledge in MS - Excel 
  • Fluency in spoken Hindi
  • English is must. 
  • One year or more experience in a call center environment
