Job Specification:
1. Position – Technical Support Executive
2. Service hours– Rotational Shift (Any 9 hr Shift in 24*7)
3. Qualification – Graduate / Undergraduate
4. Experience – 2 years related experience in a technical Service Desk environment with minimum 6 months of experience in BPO

Salary Slab:
CTC: From 2.52 to 3.10 Lac per annum
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
2. 2 years related experience in a technical Service Desk environment with minimum 6
months of experience in BPO
3. Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training)
4. Supporting the configuration, operation and troubleshooting of basic cloud service
utilization and other PC/System related troubleshooting requirements for end users
5. Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking hardware
6. Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to:
POP3/IMAP, Exchange, ActiveSync, VPN, FTP etc.
7. Working knowledge of anti-spam, antivirus and other security applications
8. Data recovery operation, triage and troubleshooting for basic cloud products
9. Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
