Will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls, Antivirus issues, Error code messages, Email issues etc.Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.

We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Voice Process).
- Experience Required.
- Salary: Rs. 13000 – 25000 Monthly. + Fabulous Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
- Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.
- Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Pop Up Issues.
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
Experience and criteria:
- Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales).
- Should be Comfortable with Night Shift.
- Must know to close calls and take payment.
- Fluent in English.
Benefits:
- Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives
- 24 casual leaves in a year + 15 comp off + Paid B'day leave
- No extension of shift timing.
