Job Description
Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech Support
- Taking
inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
- Selling technical
support plan along with relevant software.
- Close
the sales and achieve the target.
Candidate Profile:
- Must
Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
- Must
know how to close their own calls.
- Must
have good convincing and sales skills.
- Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge
Incentives
- Shift
: 8:30pm-6:30am
- Working
Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
