Job Description:
• Provide world-class technical support to our users.

• Provide world-class technical support to our users.
• Support users over phone calls, chat, email & ticket tools to ensure defined SLAs are met.
• Roster based shifts to assist end customers across the globe.
• Ensure issues raised by customers are captured in the ticketing system, take ownership in getting these resolved in line with defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ticket resolution
• Enable access and account level configuration.
• Data reconciliation per defined Standard Operating Procedures
• Administer and carry out basic backend activities on the Platform post-training.
• Deliver consistently as per Standard Operation Procedures & SLAs
• Documenting and maintaining knowledge repositories for product modules.
Skill Requirements :
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Should be trainable in technical support (SQL, HTML, CSS, API frameworks)
• Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability to changing work environment and technologies.

• Internet Browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari
• MS Office products such as Word and Excel
• Any ticketing system
Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of total work experience.

• Worked in a service desk or technical support of an organization.
• Worked in a 24x7 global environment.
• Experience in a B2C organization is good to have.
Educational Qualification; Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
