- No. of positions – 10
- To provide solutions to technical problems that may arise in the customer place.
- Should have basic and advanced level skills on computer and understand the technical process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, OS trouble shooting and Network configuration.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
- Spoken language skills in Tamil / English
- Spoken language skills in English / Hindi / Tamil
- Chennai Field support
- Male candidates: Technical Support (Two wheeler Mandatory)
- Male / Female candidates: Technical Support ( Call support )
- Service Level agreement :1 year
- Location :Chennai
- Salary Package CTC :1.44 lacs
- PF and ESI benefit :Yes
- Designation:Trainee – Support (On completion of 6 months’ probation period, it will be Jr. Associate – Support)
- Benefits :Additional pay or comp- off if the employee works on Holiday / week-off
- Training required or not :NO (We will provide)
- Passing out Years for Freshers :2016 /17/ 18
