- .Profile: Technical Support/Sales Engineer.
- Location:Gurgaon

- Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US
- customers
- Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktops, Laptops
- & Printers.
- Technical knowledge of Operating systems.
- Providing technical assistance to international clients should focus
- on selling of Annual/Per incident plan (upselling)
- Knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware / software - Good working knowledge of the Internet.
- Advance troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac computers - Peripherals like Printers, Scanners and Multinational Devices.
- Virus issues including Manual Virus removal, antivirus technologies - Third party software related issues.
- Troubleshooting Home wireless Networking issues and Troubleshooting eMail clients.
