Technical Sales Executive (US Voice).
Job Responsibilities
- Able to take the calls regarding emails /printers / router / laptop /WiFi and solve the query of US clients.troubleshooting technical issues related to computers and focus on selling on annual/ incident Plan
- Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/ revenue targets.
- Respond to request for support and assistance from customers
Eligibility
- Any Degree Candidates with backlog/arrears in their degree can apply candidates should posses good communication skills
- Candidates with good customer service skill would be preferred
- Prior experience in tech sales or international bpo will be an added advantage
- Should be open to works in night shifts
- Passionate towards sales willing to take challenges and meet sales target consistently
