Job Description
- Hiring Tech Sales Associate for Inbound Voice process (International BPO)

- We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Voice Process)
- Experience Required
- Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives
- Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting
- Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.
- Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Pop Up Issues.
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
- Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales)
- Should be Comfortable with Night Shift
- Must know to close calls and take payment.
- Fluent in English.
- Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives
- 24 casual leaves in a year + 15 comp off + Paid B'day leave
- No extension of shift timing.
