Job Description
- Proper know how about all the products
- Manage multiple calls, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating
- Ability to demonstrate the product
- Ability to handle a team
- Should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level.
- Documentation of the support calls
- Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
- Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
- Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients’ requirements
- Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships
