Job Description
Job Summary
- This role reports to Supervisor, SMB Customer Service Representative and fits under the SMB
- Operations Division, based in Pune.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responds tgeneral inquiries, offers quick, courteous & sustained client service ensuring the
- customer is kept informed, updated and promptly responded to
- Responds taccount queries, including changes, ceases, billing issues and any other administrative account activities within the set SLAs
- Opens billing inquiries and assigns tbilling, credits and collections team
- Answers inbound calls; ASA <2 Minutes. Validates CMD info
- Attempts “first call” resolution
- Performs basic bill review
- Issues paperwork tclients for a change of “bill to” address
- Routes calls tappropriate department
- Manages day-to-day MACD requests
- Opens trouble tickets and assigns tSMB NOC
- Provides ticket status tcustomers as needed
- Performs outbound call campaigns; intros, EV set ups, first bill reviews, etc.
- Responsible tmanage the CSC email box and assign emails tappropriate department
- Handles other administrative tasks as requested by line manager
- Owns as part of the team role all accounts between 0K-5K MRR
- Provides administration and reporting functions tthe SMB Division upon request
- Experience Required:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcomed.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer support or complex administration function
- preferred
- Strong computer skills and good levels of competence in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel,
- PowerPoint desirable
- Excellent English Skills are a must
- Strong customer focus
- Ability twork accurately and meet deadlines
- Attention tdetail and accuracy while being able tmaintain higher workload
- Professional and articulate
- Effective communicator; able tliaise with confidence with both the internal and external
- parties
