Job Purpose Statement:
- To work as a “Technical Support” in foundry for metal melting and sand molding and basic maintenance of machine, Preparation of sand molds, preparation of molten metal, pouring molten metal, Finishing of casting parts
Key Responsibilities:
- To operate foundry equipment like furnace,degassing machine & sand mixer.
- To prepare sand molds & pouring.
- Quality & delivery.
- Knowledge on finishing of casting part.
Key Challenges:
1. Meeting quality casting parts.
2. Meeting defect free casting.
3. Trouble shooting of defects of casted parts.
