Job Description
Duties:
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support L1, L2
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections
- Install and troubleshoot various operating systems available
- Install and test desktop software applications
- Install and troubleshoot printers
- Maintain and troubleshoot mailbox
- Research for unknown and unlikely issues before escalating
- Take regular backups
- Test computers regularly to ensure proper functioning
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software
- Any other issues reported by the users
- If the issue is not resolved, forward the query to the relevant team for further action
- Interact with users on desktop problems and their resolution.
