Technical Associate, Swift and Payment Support and Enhancement
Noida, India
Responsibilities
- Review user requests, requirements, define feasibility and qualification
- Write functional specifications based on users requirements and applications design. Define testing strategy, tests plan and execute functional tests.
- Utilize query tools to confirm data quality and investigate questions. Track, resolve and raise issues for own projects while keeping meaningful partners informed. Support production environment and address incidents logged under “Production Support”.
- Follow the required policies and procedures of incident, problem and Lead change. Raise/call out any service related issues and risks to Track lead and/or BCI lead.
Qualifications/Minimum qualifications : B.E./BTech (IT) or equivalent
