Technical Asst. /Engineer recruitment in National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS)
Technical Asst. – CIVIL / 9 Posts
Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Draftsman with min 60% marks.1 to 2 years of experience in handling civil maintenance works or Civil construction works. The candidates should be conversant with preparation of estimates, tendering procedure, maintenance of work records, bills etc.Knowledge of works procedure (PWD/CPWD/MES) will be an added advantage.
Desirable :Experience in construction and maintenance of research laboratories and allied buildings and facilities
Age: Below 28 years. (As on 1.1.2017)
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 35,000
Technical Asst. - Architect/ 2Posts
Qualification & Experience: 3 year Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design with min 60% marks.1 to 2 years experience in developing the Architectural / lay out drawings in Auto-CAD, Revit & 3D. Identification of building & Interior materials.Excellent communication & Interaction skills.
Desirable : Designing layout plans & preparing details with specifications. Estimation for all Interior works.
Execution skills for interior works and preparing program chart.
Age: Below 28 years. (As on 1.1.2017)
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 35,000
Engineer - CIVIL /1 Post
Qualification & Experience:BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with min 60% marks.2-3 years work experience in Civil engineering construction and maintenance of Buildings, roads, water management systems / PH works.Knowledge on Contract management including estimation, specifications, tender process, execution and billing.
Desirable : Preperation of progress reports, drawings using Auto-CAD

Salary: Rs. 46,000
