Job Description

• Bidding on different job portals likes up work, freelancer, Fiverr, Odesk, etc. 
  
• Generating business from bidding portals selling Web based Services, Mobile App, Digital marketing.
  
• The main role of the bidder is to prospect a new client by bidding.
  

• Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales target.
  
• Requirement analysis
  
• Write proposals for projects.
  
• Deal negotiations, finalizing deals with clients.
  
• Client interaction
  
• Build and maintain client relationships
  

• Should have excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
  
• The person should have worked previously on online marketplaces such as Upwork, Guru and Freelancer etc
  
• Proficiency in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc
  
• Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs
  
• Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals
  
• Very strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  
• Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general.
  
• Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development.
  
• The right person needs to have well-rounded awareness for following Technology & Development verticals.
  
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of development so he/she can communicate with client and developers. 
  
• Freshers with technical background can also apply
