Introduction
As a Technical Consultant - Oracle Hyperion , you are responsible to provide 24X7 support of Oracle Hyperion Application support to client. This position is of L2/Operation Analyst level roles in Hyperion Financial Management in the organization who should provide daily support and ensure timely closure of incident.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible of Support financial users to timely generate of Reports for financial analysis, trending and results analysis related to revenue and expenses using Smart View.
• L2 Troubleshooting of any incidents reported
• Maintain performance of Simple and complex Business Rules for calculating of the application
• Cross functional coordination for patching and closure of security /compliance observations
• Operation Acceptance testing for new roll outs
• Coordination with Oracle Support team for resolution and root cause analysis, Manage the development
• and implementation of Cognos Transformer auto cube builds and monthly reporting for external and internal clients.
• Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience system supporting, development, implementing and design of Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Essbase.
• Hands on experience on implementation and operation.
• Manage Day to day IT operation of Hyperion Application
• Expert in Implementation and Testing of new Business requirement and creating business rules

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
• Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
• Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
• In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
• Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
• Languages: English, Hindi and Local Language TELUGU is preferred.
