1) Provide technicalsupportto end-users.
2) Should Co-ordinate with the Technical, R&D team and Sales Team.
3) Keeping accurate logs of issues using a ticket management system.
4) Responsible for taking ownership of resolving issues

Required Candidate profile

Should be good in handlingcustomer.
Good in English & Technical Skills.
Good understanding of Helpdesk Systems, SLA management.
Experience in testing will be a plus.
