2) Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic devices
3) Should have basic knowledge of firmware, Firmware editing and software cross flashing on IT related products
4) Should have zeal to think out of the box and innovate solutions to a problem as per customer request
5) Should be a quick learner to be able to grasp new technologies as required
