Job Description
- Payout - 11000 in hand
- CTC - 14000
- Experience - Fresher - 01 year
- Good communication in Hindi and English in combination with either of mentioned regional language ( Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada).
- Ready to work in 8 hr rotational shift (between 7AM to 11 PM for male and 7AM to 8 PM for female) for any six days of week.
- Rotational Shift as per roaster prepared by leads.
- Ready to work for voice support
- Role : Application support (basic L1 troubleshooting over phone for which 7 days training will be given and post which mock call and written test will happen.
- Resource will be given only two attempts to pass the exam, if they fail twice in two 7 days training they will be asked to discontinue).
- Any graduate fresher will be fine
- Need Immediate Joinees.
