Technical Helpdesk Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Daily ticket status update to team.
Ø Coordinating with engineers for scheduling calls
Ø Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Ø Coordinating with clients for their requirements
Ø Preparing MOM reports
Ø Providing support to Internal Users
Ø Vendor interaction for various repairs to be done
Ø OS related issues
Ø Coordination with field engineer
Ø Coordination with vendors
Ø Managing issues related to computers, Network in excel sheet
Ø Preparing daily and monthly reports in word
Ø Outlook configuration and troubleshotting
Ø Troubleshooting included working with integrated vendor hardware, A majority of cases involved resolving LANconnection.
Ø Switch configuration changes as per the businessrequirement.
Ø Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS) to customers
