Technical Skill Set Required.
1. Strong knowledge of Experience in ASP.NET MVC 3 and above
2. Extensive competence of Angular JS, React JS, JavaScript with JQuery are preferred
3. Strong knowledge in SQL server and scripting.
4. Should have work experience in handling system integrations.
5. Should be able to handle the entire technical capabilities of an application.
Functioning
1. The lead should be proactive while reacting to the surprises and should have written
explanation for the same.
2. Experience in Scrum with Team Foundation Server would be highly appreciated.
3. Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
4. Experienced in business application development with Systems Analysis, Application Design,
Development, and Maintenance for at least 5 years.
5. Scheduling/allocating/monitoring work among the team and being responsible for the
successful delivery of the entire project/sub-project(s).
6. Maintain high team morale.
7. Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
8. Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
9. Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond the scope of
influence and report it to reporting manager.
10. Pay high attention to detail in all work.
11. Quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables.
12. Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
13. Performing in different roles as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer proficient in obtaining
project requirements from user and manager, formulating the requirements into design
specs, preparing system specifications, assigning tasks to team members and tracking the
progress.
14. Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and
personal preferences.
15. Maintaining the account of time and reporting regularly of own work.
16. Should be self-learners.
17. Reporting for all the weekly tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports.
18. Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at project
level.
