What The Role Is About

The primary responsibility of the EdCast Technical Librarian is management and quality control of EGT - the EdCast Global Taxonomy.

Key Responsibilities Include

Curate English + one other language taxonomy
Train English + one other language taxonomy
Manage the review & training of all other taxonomy language and growing with outside contractors
Schedule and deliver taxonomy related tasks, including translations, custom taxonomies, etc.
Use and improve our taxonomy management tools, including Learning Studio
Document our customer custom taxonomy process
Work with customers on custom taxonomies & their training

Requirements

BA in English / Language
2+ years of project management
2+ years of customer support and/or programming

Hard Skills & Soft Skills

Python Programming
Communication / Documentation
