Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that the products that we bring to the market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements
2. Creating design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, presentations, videos, and demonstrations for our security solutions and products, and posting them on company platforms
3. Building and maintaining a demonstration environment for our security solutions and products
4. Supporting sales and marketing efforts as required
5. Supporting product launch activities and assisting with conferences and technical sales training or channel partner training activities
6. Responding to customer or field inquiries, assisting with technical RFPs, and working with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, & engineers as required
7. Working with the competitive team for market and competitive analysis
