01. EQAS Technical Officer/ 01 Post
Qualification: (i) Medical graduate with two years laboratory experience OR (ii) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences. Experience: Minimum 2 yrs experience in medical microbiological/immunological lab techniques. Candidates with experience in quality assurance will be preferred. 25,000/- p.m. (fixed)
02. EQAS Laboratory Technician /01 Post
Qualification: Graduate in Medical Lab Technology (B Sc) OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least two years duration OR Diploma/Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least one year duration OR Graduate in Science. Experience: One year working experience in Medical Laboratory for Science Graduate and for those having Diploma in MLT with two years course. Two year experience for those having Diploma/Certificate in MLT with one year course.

03. EID Laboratory Technician/ 01 Post
Essential: B.Sc. Biotechnology/Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT). Experience: One year experience in a Molecular Diagnostic laboratory for Science Graduate. Two year experience in Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory for those with diploma in MLT.

04. ICTC Laboratory Technician /01 Post
Qualification: Graduate in Medical Lab Technology (B Sc) OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) Experience: Minimum one year working experience after graduation. Minimum two year experience after Diploma.

05. Counselor ICTC /01 No
Essential: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with minimum 1 year experience after PG degree/diploma in the field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development/Nursing; with minimum 3 yrs experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS. Expertise: Working knowledge of computers.

NB: The upper age limit for engagement of all contractual personnel will be 60 years following NACO guidelines under NACP-V.
