Technical Officer- I  / 01 SC

Qualification : Essential : (1) First or high second class Master’s degree in Physics (2) 2 years experience of working in the relevant field in a reputed Research Laboratory / Institute / University Desirable : Knowledge and experience in Geomagnetism and related fields

Maximum Age : 35 Years (including relaxation for SC)

Pay Band and Grade Pay : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4600

Technical Officer- I /01 SC

Qualification : (1) First or high second class Master’s degree in Geophysics (2) 2 years experience of working in the relevant field in a reputed Research Laboratory / Institute / University .

Desirable : Knowledge and experience in Magnetotelluric / Seismology and related fields.

Technical Officer

Qualification : Essential : (1) B.E./M.E. in Computer Engineering (2) 2 years experience of working as a programmer in a reputed Research Institute / Organizsation

Desirable : (1) Experience in managing IT infrastructure in large computing environment having HPC cluster, In- house web/email hosting etc. (2) Hands-on programming experience in Client Server environment using NET technology as a front End tool & MS SQL RDBMS on Windows Server and MYSQL on Linux server as back end. (3) Good practical Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Report (4) Working knowledge of Web Technology / Web development tools, skill on ASP/VB Script. (5) Preference would be given to candidates having prior relevant experience in Linux System administration
