Job Description
Responsibilities:
Technical Operations Associate will be the face of Amplify Mobility in Mumbai. He / She will be responsible for assisting the Operations and Technical teams with the installation and maintenance of multiple EV Charging stations located in the city and provide stellar support and feedback to the customers and the company.
Job Description:
- Support operations and new infrastructure developments.
- Troubleshooting various electrical and electronic equipment. (Necessary training will be provided)
- Conducting feasibility checks at the sites. (Training will be provided)
- Handling logistics, support & maintenance for the charging stations in the city.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders like Power companies, fleet services, parking aggregators, etc.
- Be a representative of the company in the city.
- Provide regular status updtes to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Electricals or Electronics.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator in either of the aforementioned languages.
