Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and building world-class products on the web / mobile - Work experience on the internet / eCommerce industry is preferred.
Ability to understand & talk technology along with deep understanding of consumer behaviour to support product delivery from concept to implementation. Prior experience in full stack development as well UI/UX would be icing on the cake.
Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role 1 - 2 years
Graduation in BE/ BTech in Computer Science or an equivalent academic accomplishment. MBA or equivalent degree would be an added accomplishment.
Good presentation skills with experience in facing internal stakeholders & customers

Job Responsibilities

Ownership of the product strategy and roadmap. The owner is responsible to manage all aspects of the product experience throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, writing BRD, customer insights/needs, market gaps/need and requirements definition to drive release level features.
Connect activities & deliverables to business outcomes & measure it via metrics & KPI- s
Work with customers to present/demo features, evangelize the product, get early feedback and gather requirements
Hands-on testing of products and features with ability to write and define product specs from scratch with help of wireframes, mockups, flow charts and other tools.
Ability to be able to work and influence complex cross-functional teams: Engineers, Architects, sales, support, category business & finance.
Leverage agile management practices to coordinate work and manage end to end product delivery of the product/features
Should be data-obsessed. Derive insights from data, usage stats etc. to use the same for product improvements and iteration to educate cross-functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights.
