Job Description
1. Perform customer onboarding, technical support, and resolve configuration issues
2. Provide direct technical support to customers' support requests on function and usage of products, and troubleshoot the issues.
3. Maintain a good relationship between the client and the company
4. Listen to customer's complaints and provide adequate solutions for their problem via phone, SMS, email, or remote software
5. Work on structured follow-ups with clients for issue closure and to ensure the best customer satisfaction
6. Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful closure of the client queries
7. Work on timely reporting and discussing with the top management and propose potential improvements
8. Identify problem area(s) and recommend workarounds and resolutions
9. Collaborate with others for assistance with more complex issues
10. Document technical issues/solutions for tracking quality
Note: Periodic off-hour support may also be required.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th May'21 and 15th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be a degree holder from an engineering college
2. Must have experience in web technology and should have developed small applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies
3. Must have a basic understanding of the database
4. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - English & Hindi is mandatory (an extra regional language would be preferred)
5. Must have good skills in making presentations and slides
