Salary: Rs. 4,25,000.00 to 5,25,000.00 /annually, salary increase every six months based upon performance. Plus 25% performance bonus.
Location: India; after two years of the employment company can apply for an H1-Bvisa, and the work location would be: 1775 Tysons Blvd, McLean VA 22102, USA(Washington DC).

b. Project Management/Process Training: This training focuses on our unique yet winning project management strategies and processes.
The candidate learns about how to be part of a winning team, work in a group, and independently to make success stories in every project.
This training emphasizes on the technology stack, dynamic dashboard creation, communication management, compliance(security and section 508), and deliverables.c. Proposal writing training: Provide a detailed approach on how to use emerging technologies in responding to the proposal. The technology platform varies based on needs. The candidate would get opportunities to understand and interlink related technologies, tools, and techniques curated to meet the proposal requirements.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
▪ Gather and research information for use in technical documentation.
▪ Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
▪ Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
Prepares or commissions graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing
▪ Meets with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed
▪ Remains up-to-date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to the industry
▪ Write technical documents in compliance with the company’s established standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
▪ Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
▪ Persuasive writing, production, and technical editing skills.
▪ Solid analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
▪ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management.
▪ Familiarity with the SDLC and general software development
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
