Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Employees for client (IT & NON IT-Both)
- Understanding the clients Requirements / JD after briefing.
- Sourcing resumes through Job portals, employee reference, calling candidates etc.
- Screening resumes of the candidates.
- Identifying candidates with right skills to match the client requirements.
- Place job requirement on internet/portals to increase available candidate pool.
- Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation.
- Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
- Follow up with the candidate's for walk-In interview.
- Getting feedback from the client regarding candidates’ interview.
- Follow-up with the candidates as well as with the clients till the candidate joins the organization.
- Involved in end to end recruitment process and closing the positions on time.
- To generate leads and acquire clients
- Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
- Client account management as per KYC (Know your client)
- To find prospect and meet potential clients
- Client relationship management
- Compensation: - 1.2PLA (Fixed) + 2.4 (Variable) = 3.6LPA
- Fixed compensation will be transferred every month based on payroll cycle
- Variable will be based on the quarterly % of target achieved
