Roles and Responsibilities
· Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
· Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
· Write and post a technical job description
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
· Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
· Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (C++, JAVA, Frontend, Backend, Python, PHP, Machine Learning,etc.)
