Job Description
- Title: Technical Recruiter / Telecallers
- Location: Chirag Delhi, New Delhi
- Experience: 1 – 5 years
- Salary Range: DOE
- Good knowledge of information technology and upcoming technologies on daily basis.
- Excellent hands on experience with conventional and non conventional utilities of recruitment and resume database.
- Excellent hands on experience with social Networking, blogs and other resources and excellent knowledge on their utilization.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Efficiency in managing tasks involved hiring key talents including sourcing, screening, short-listing the candidates, scheduling/conducting interviews and negotiating salaries.
- Experience with End-End recruitment life cycle.
- Ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization.
- Ability to coordinate with team members and manager in order to ensure smooth processing of interviews and fulfillment of hiring targets and deadlines.
- Education, Training and Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate should be graduate (B Sc / B Tech / BE / MBA -HR preferable)
