- End to end recruitment process - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Searching resumes in various portals like Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn etc.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Minimum 1 year of Recruitment experience
- Diverse industry experience in recruitment
- Previous work in placement companies will be preferred
- Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Self-confidence and self-starter
