Any Bachelor's Degree With excellent communications Skills

Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
comfortable in Working night shifts.

Job Description:

Must possess strong communication, and “people” skills
Must be able to self-manage, stay organized, and see task through to completion
Source and screen qualified candidates for open job requisitions as well as pipeline positions
Timely delivery of candidate feedback throughout each stage of the recruiting process, from initial screen to hire or decline
Ensure a positive candidate experience by working directly with candidates and schedule interviews.
Update and maintain applicant tracking system / candidate database
Generate and process confidential offer documents, and distribute and collect employment applications and other documentation such as background check paperwork
Maintaining proper compliance in accordance with various client contracts
Assist with all administrative and reporting tasks as needed
Respond to inquiries from clients or candidate
