Job Description
- Reviewing: . Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s).
- Understand: technology, technical roles and technical skills and making sure that there is a great fitment between the open requisitions and the identified professional.
- Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates
- Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
- Interview. Having a detailed discussions with them over the phone/skype to assess their qualifications
- Following up. Keeping your candidates in the loop, building credibility, and keeping your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
- Present. Showing or offering candidate resume to Team Leads to scrutinize or consider
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
