Job Description
- Execution of end to end recruitment cycle.
- Coordinating with Internal Project Manager for new open requirements.
- Understanding the requirements of the client, Sourcing relevant profiles through Portals, References, and headhunting.
- Understanding profiles of the candidates by taking Telephonic or Face to Face interviews.
- Coordinate with Client for face to face interview.
- Salary negotiations, closing the offer.
- Maintaining Documents.
- Preparing Offer Letters.
- Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports
- Maintaining MIS
