Job Responsibilities: - Technical Recruiter
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements
- Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements.
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Desired Profile:
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills, 1+ years of experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for requirements.
- Qualified candidate should have an understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication in Business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Candidates with 6 months to 5years experience in US staffing (preferably with C2C requirements) / consulting/ IT Recruitment are preferred.
- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent networking, documentation, database management, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn for client acquisition and sales.
- Must have good experience in heavy cold calling
- Deep understanding of different tax terms like OPT, CPT, H1, EAD (L2, H4), Green Card, US citizen.
- Working days: 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Job Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am; weekends are fixed offs.
- Salary: Fixed (Negotiable) + Lucrative Incentives
