Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.
- Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement
- Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Excellent Communication Written & Verbal (MANDATORY)
- Intermediate with MS Office
- Talkative, Passionate and Energetic
- Cool Attitude
- Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST.
- Qualification : Any
- Passed out year - Any with no percentage criteria.
- CTC: 2.20 LPA + Incentives & Bonus.
- Other domain experience candidates can apply if they are interested in the opportunity.
- CTC would be different for experienced candidates depending on their interview
