Job Description
. Work closely with the Sales and Quotation team for the transferring of Orders to various ERP Systems. Ensuring all orders are accurate and as per customer requirements and as per contract documents.
2. Factory follow-up on order status and liaise with factory for Material readiness and Finished good and to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently.
3. Review with country Sales offices to ensure full compliance to pre dispatch activities, payment and other terms as per contracts.
4. Liaise directly or through the Country Sales Office for arranging logistic requirements and ensure full compliance to shipment terms and conditions.
5. Work closely with Factories to arrange shipping documents, packing list and ensure other logistics compliances.
6. Work closely with accounting department in preparing invoice and other trade finance document as per contracts.
7. Work closely with Sales, Quotation team & Account department in arranging / preparing advance / Down payment document, bank Guarantees as and when applicable.
8. Provide freight cost estimation & shipment information to Sales & Quotation team when necessary
9. Check & Verify factory invoicing or suppliers invoicing to SAP Purchasing Orders.
10. Prepare reports for Sales Projection, Finished Goods and AR etc. and provide information to the management.
11. Maintain a proper record of all Sales reports.
12. Maintaining / updating customer records in ERP system.
13. Handling the claim process
