Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive/Officer (depending on exp)

• Identifies business opportunities and target markets.
• Identify each potential customers needs.
• Research market trends.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients through calls, emails and personal visits.
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the client portfolio.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems.
• Pitch the Products to the Prospective Customers & make the closures.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
