Job Description
- We are looking for an individual preferably with industry experience over 3 years, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven record and passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
- Excellent base package with commission.
- Direct Reporting to office in Toronto.
- Working closely with the team to improve sales and sales leads for selling into new prospects and existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate and plan with team on strategic deals in complex sales and projects.
- Successfully investigate and identify customer requirements and propose product solutions.
- Improve product and technical knowledge to create and deliver powerful presentation and demonstrate.
- That clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Manage and coordinate with team on all technical aspects of RFQ responses.
- Effectively communicate clients need with the engineering department on sales and product leads.
- Collect and documents competitive intelligence.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 plus years of previous experience working in a similar capacity with in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Technical skills include working experience with Blueprint reading and Basic Measuring techniques.
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Must be able to travel extensively.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, goal and deadline oriented environment.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and information in changing an environment.
- While working in this environment, the employee will be exposed to machinery moving equipment.
