Job Description
Responsibility (brief) -
- Provide best Product and application service to customers.
- To maintain excellent customer relationship- by visiting
- Market Development, Target achievement, and responsibility for overall business growth
- Customer Management (to handle minimum 100 customers), New customer development
- Sales Operation (Order to cash cycle) management
- Responsible for High Customer Satisfaction index
- Development of new applications , Product promotion and marketing as envisages by HO
- Adherence of Market plan, Sales Plan, Dispatch Plan, payment Collection plan(outstanding admin), Statutory documents collection etc
- Service support and service management as per policy
- Expenses Management , budget and control
- Planning the customer requirements and Bin management
- Market research
- Active participation in Exhibitions, Seminars and promotional programs organized by Branch/HO
- Overall follow all systems and procedures as directed by Branch/HO
- Opex and ISO systems (measurements/ratings/governance of KPI and KR
