- Currently Hiring for Technical sales / support profile U.S international process.
- Process: Inbound Process
- Designation: TSO/TSE (U.S international voice process)
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
- Knowledge of Internet troubleshooting
- Need to Handle US Technical Sales / Support Calls.
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
- Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, POP UP Calls, PPC Calls and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
- Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 2,60,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives + Meal.(Freshers)
- Experienced: 35k + Extra Benefits.
- Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts.
- Experience into Domestic with average com skill can apply.
- Fresher or Candidate with Minimum 1 Year experience in troubleshooting of Laptop/Desktop/Windows Technical Issues(Voice/ Remote).
- Should be comfortable with Night shifts.
- Should be comfortable with Remote Support/ Voice Process.
- Graduate/ Undergraduate/ 12th Pass can Apply.
- Interview timing - Mon - Sat.
- Meal facilities available and Travelling Allowance.
