WE ARE HIRING FOR EXPERIENCED/FRESHERS TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVES WITH EXCELLENT COMM. SKILLS
Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for handling international calls from clients.
- Ability to understand / diagnose customer's technical problem to take action accordingly.
- Will require addressing irate/demanding customers in a tactical manner in necessary situations.
- Basic Computer Technical knowledge is essential
- Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.
- Fresher or Candidates with experience in IT / NON IT (Voice) international sales can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are must.
- Should be able to work as a multitasking person during transaction handling.
- Disciplined and systematic problem solving skills are required
- Handling Email / Printer calls
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
- Education: Undergraduate can apply.
- US Shift: inbound process
- Timings: 8pm to 5am (night shift)
- Location: Dwarka sec 23, NEW DELHI
