Job Description
- Responsible for answering calls politely and professionally from international clients
- Responsible for providing technical support assistance to UK customer.
- Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, phones and all kind of relevant devices
- Up-selling profile.
- Identifying potential customers, demonstrating product features and benefits, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets.
- Interaction with customers located in the USA /UK/Canada over the phone.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly selling targets.
- Responsible for selling our services to the customer.
