Job Summary

- We are looking for candidates who are having proficiency in remote access, preferably candidates who are having Experience of at least 6 months in handling US Outbound/Inbound calls.

- Designation :Technical Sales Executive (Inbound and Outbound ) / Technical Support (Day and Night both shift)
- Location:- Noida and Gurgaon
- For Technical Support :- Applicant Must have at least 6 month experience in same process (US Process)
- For Technical Sales :- Fresher can Apply for US Process
- 12th Pass/ Graduate/ Undergraduate/ Any Bachelors degree
- Salary : 1,44,000 to 6,00,000 LPA + Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Incentives + Meal
- We are looking for the candidates with following skill sets or qualities :
- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
- Should have excellent English/ German/ French communication skills.
- Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.
- Experience in inbound/outbound Technical Sales.
- Age should be between 18-35 Years.
- Confident and self motivated with positive attitude.
- Able to crack sales on Pop up/Printers/Windows mixed calls etc.
