Job Description
- Responsible for handling international calls to and from clients.
- Responsible for Product Promotion.
- Making Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer in a tactical manner.
- Responsible for Post Sales and Pre-Sales Activities.
- Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales.
- Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.
- Being familiar with competitors' activities and products
- Comfortable working in Australian Shifts.
- Strong Communication Skills.
